What we've learned over four decades
In more than four decades we've seen many projects fail. Almost never because of the technology. Usually because the wrong problem was solved, or because after handover no one still knew how the system worked.
That's turned into a simple order of operations: understand the process first, then talk about technology. It applies to all five of our services.
We use AI where it has a clear benefit and where a human ultimately remains responsible for the outcome. Where that isn't the case, we say so.
Why there's Pickert and but right.
Pickert is the company: contract, invoice, and responsibility. but right. is the name for what you actually commission.
The task changes from project to project. The standard stays the same. That's what the name stands for.
