Accessibility Statement
This English version is provided for convenience. The German version is legally authoritative.
We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible. For this reason, we pay attention to accessibility in design, development and operation and, where applicable to this offer, follow the requirements of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG), the BFSG Ordinance, the European standard EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
Status of Compatibility
Based on our current self-assessment, this website is largely usable with few barriers. A full external certification or final audit with all assistive technologies is not currently available.
We continuously improve the website and take reports of barriers into account during further development, content changes and technical updates.
What We Already Consider
- A clear page structure with semantic HTML elements.
- Headings, navigation and content in a comprehensible order.
- Keyboard operability for central functions.
- Visible focus states for interactive elements.
- Sufficient colour contrast in the most important content and navigation areas.
- Responsive display for different screen sizes.
- Text alternatives for editorial images where they are relevant for understanding.
- Understandable link texts, buttons and form labels.
- A technical foundation for search engines, screen readers and assistive technologies.
- Consideration of system settings such as reduced motion where technically provided.
Possible Remaining Barriers
Despite careful implementation, individual content or functions may not yet be fully accessible. This may particularly affect:
- Embedded third-party services, for example appointment booking or external media.
- Newly published or imported content that has not yet been fully reviewed.
- Individual images, graphics or documents for which alternative texts or accessible versions still need to be added.
- Very complex content that would be easier to understand in plain language or with additional explanation.
Automated checks are helpful, but they do not replace a complete manual review with different devices, browsers and assistive technologies.
Feedback on Barriers
If you notice a barrier or need content in a more accessible format, please contact us.
Email: but-right@pickert.io
If possible, please include:
- the affected URL,
- the device and browser used,
- a brief description of the barrier,
- the result or format that would be helpful for you.
We will review your feedback and make every effort to respond promptly.
Creation of This Statement

It is based on an internal assessment of the website, its technical foundation and the currently published content.
Responsible Authorities
In Germany, market surveillance authorities are responsible for the legal requirements for accessible products and services under the BFSG. If a report of a barrier cannot be resolved satisfactorily, affected persons may contact the respectively competent authority.
